Justin Isidro designed Off the List to extend the reach of wine and curate a more approachable and exciting experience in the comfort and convenience of your desired location.
As a former athlete, he spent years living in Portugal, playing the game he loves, all over the country. There, to his most pleasant surprise, a profound passion for gastronomy and wine had awakened. He found himself delightfully immersed in a rich culture where food and wine are beautifully intertwined into the very fabric of daily life.
Born in Vancouver, Justin’s work in hospitality intensified his hunger to learn more about the fine art of the culinary and beverage world. Thanks to his insatiable curiosity, he dedicated over 7 years in the industry with wine being his main driving force.
Wanting first to master the basics of wine, Justin started his education with the WSET where he went on to gain his Advanced Certification. From there, he was enthused to delve into more specific regions of the wine world, completing both the French & Italian Wine Scholar Guild Certifications. What is more, working the restaurant floor became part of a vocation that led to meeting countless great people. Naturally, wanting to offer more unforgettable moments to his guests, Justin decided to attain his Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. It is without doubt that he finds a depth of fulfillment in being able to create meaningful and insightful experiences to his many guests.
